The NCC’s Badge of Approval scheme makes sure your caravan is safe thanks to a series of thorough checks by the NCC Certification Scheme for leisure accommodation vehicles specialists, covering:
Gas and electrical installations
Tyres, road lights, reflectors
Weights and dimensions
Fridge, heater and water systems
Ventilation and emergency exits... and more
For example, over 600 checks must be passed before a touring caravan receives its NCC Badge of Approval. The checks for motorhomes and caravan holiday homes are different but no less comprehensive.
