| Buying a residential Park Home? ...How do you know it's safe? Buying a park home? You’ll want it to be safe.
How do you know that what you’re buying was built to comply with the health and safety standards in force at the time it was manufactured?
Since 1964, the National Park Homes Council has been inspecting prototype and new models to ensure they comply with the standards we have set. Inspection could require many hundreds of different checks on any one model by a team of highly specialised engineers. These tests exceed the minimum requirements specified by UK standards, involving several different health and safety aspects.
Realistically, you couldn’t do all this yourself. Fortunately, the National Park Homes Council is currently the only agency in the UK checking out park homes. And we’ve got your safety at heart.
All you have to do is look for the APPROVED badge on the park home you’re about to buy.
This is the proof that it complies.
Before you buy – always make sure it has the National Park Homes Council APPROVED badge on it for your peace of mind.
